  • In Pennsylvania, Leader provides solutions for Medicaid reimbursement, IDEA Compliance Monitoring, contingency funding for special education, federal program monitoring, Individualized Education Programs and related document management, and numerous custom web applications for state and local education agency needs.
  • Leader has provided a comprehensive web-based solution for compliance monitoring to Missouri's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education since 2007.
  • The US Virgin Islands became the latest user of our ACM solution in Fall 2008.
  • Leader has developed a reporting system for the use of restraints for the PA Department of Education and PA LEAs. Each time a restraint is used, PA LEAs log on to a secure web-based application and report it to PDE, enabling the state education agency to review and track this important concern

Missouri's IMACS

The Missouri web-based monitoring system known as IMACS is a comprehensive data management, tracking, and reporting system developed by Leader for the state Division of Special Education (DSE) and Missouri LEAs. This .NET and SQL-Server-based system runs in common web browsers and incorporates modules for improvement planning, file reviews, administrative reviews, corrective action planning, and more. A key system component retrieves data from a state data warehouse for each individual LEA and compares it to state targets for key State Performance Plan indicators, displaying the results both graphically (pie charts and longitudinally) and in table formats.
